Last month, the San Antonio Express-News reported that local business leaders had raised over $2 million to bring a nonstop flight to Europe from San Antonio International Airport (SAT).
✈️ ATTENTION SAN ANTONIO 👀 Something BIG will be announced tomorrow. #flySAT pic.twitter.com/TvpGTB0tJY

The request was for a nonstop flight to either Frankfurt Am Main International Airport (FRA) or London. It was not specified between London Heathrow Airport (LHR) or London Gatwick Airport (LGW). If it is one of these routes then it will be operated by Lufthansa, Condor, or British Airways.
The airport is making an announcement tomorrow at 1:00 PM and we’ll likely have to wait until then to find out where the new route will take San Antonians.
Anthony’s Take: I’ll report back on the new route once it’s announced tomorrow. It’s great to see so many new nonstop routes to Europe being added.

Is it BA tag on service on the Austin route and nonstop twice a week?
It could be Condor to FRA
Good call. Added. It looks like that might be it.
