Marriott Bonvoy® has cobranded credit cards with both Chase and American Express. It’s just launched a new offer where cardholders can earn 10,000 bonus Marriott Bonvoy® points after spending $7,000 by September 21st. You should register even if you don’t think you’ll hit the spend as you’ll get 200 points just for signing up.
The promotion is called “It’s in the Cards” and it runs from July 18th to September 21st. Here’s how it works:
- Register here by August 1st.
- Spend $7,000 on a registered card by September 21st.
- If you have multiple Marriott Bonvoy® branded cards, you can earn this promo on each one.
- This is for existing cardmembers and those with cards issued by American Express have had to had them open since April 1st; Chase cardholders need to have had them since June 20th.
- Points will post in 8-12 weeks.

Interesting – Ritz and Amex Bonvoy personal aren’t included. I tried with those cards and couldn’t get the offer.
