A video popped up this week showing an incident at the Southwest Airlines check-in counter at Denver International Airport (DEN). There is not much context, but a male passenger is seen taking a swing at one officer as another jumps up and tackles him.
The video was highlighted by Johnny Jet and once again illustrates how crazy people act at airports and on aircraft. Something tells me that the man is going to need what the sign behind him is asking as attacking a police officer is not going to end well.
Anthony’s Take: Whether this is mental health related or from the influence of drugs or alcohol, getting physical with law enforcement is never going to end in your favor. Thankfully, it appears the man was taken down before anyone was injured.
