I had to be in Atlanta earlier this week for a work dinner and had a bunch of calls before. I arrived at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) early and spent around three hours working in the United Club℠. While Delta dominates the airport and operates nine Sky Clubs®, United has its own lounge in Concourse T. It’s a small lounge, but it’s great when not flying Delta in Atlanta.
Access
Access is granted for those with United Club℠ memberships, day passes from Chase co-branded credit cards or purchased for $59, Global Services® members, United passengers with Gold or higher status traveling internationally, international Business or First Class passengers traveling on a Star Alliance flight, and Star Alliance Gold members regardless of class flown. You can find more information about these lounges and their access rules here. The lounge is an elevator ride up and down a hallway.
When you enter, you need to check in at the huge desk that is located directly in front.
Anthony’s Take: This United Club℠ served as the perfect office for me. It offered a decent selection of food and plenty of space. While Atlanta is dominated by Delta, it’s nice that United has this little oasis in the midst of the chaotic airport. I liked that it was not too crowded and the staff was friendly throughout my time there.
Bar
There is not a true bar in the lounge. Soft drinks, coffee, beer, and wine (pictured above) are self serve and located next to the buffet.
Beer on tap
A coffee machine for guest use was next to the buffet.
Drip coffee
A Coca-Cola Freestyle machine was also nearby.
Water and fresh fruit were near the entrance.
Food
The food in most United Clubs℠ has been improving. Lunch was being served during my visit. A few hot dishes, soup, sandwiches, salad ingredients, spinach dip and pita, snacks, fruit, and dessert were being served during my visit.
Tortillas and Pulled Pork
Tomato Basil Bisque
Vegetarian sandwiches
Spinach Dip and Pita
Cold cuts and cheese

Snacks
Packaged chips
A separate table near the entrance held desserts. Brownies (pictured above), Pound Cake, and Blondies were on offer.

Seating & Decor
There are two separate seating areas with some workspace in a room to the right of reception as well as the main room with tables and chairs near the buffet. Decor is fairly limited in the lounge aside from some aviation related photos on the back wall.
The front room had some chairs as well as a long table for working and dining.
Tables and chairs were all around the buffet.
More comfortable chairs were near the windows.
Amenities
This United Club℠ offers free Wi-Fi, a departures board (pictured above), restrooms, and the food and beverages mentioned above.
Overall Impression:
This lounge was not too crowded and I enjoyed my time there. I found a corner and got a good amount of work done. The staff up front and cleaning up around the lounge were all friendly.
