While both Star Alliance carriers could benefit from serving the United Airlines’ hub, Turkish seems the safer bet based on some recent job postings highlighted by Enilria.
The station agent job posting on LinkedIn is one of several that gives clues that Turkish Airlines will be adding a flight to/from Istanbul International Airport (IST).
Anthony’s Take: It’s been a long time since I have flown Turkish Airlines. The carrier is renowned for its catering, service, and the amazing lounge in Istanbul. We’ll have to wait for the official announcement on Thursday.

I’m hoping the Orlando route is real! It would be the best connection to Africa and southern Europe we could possibly have. Plus, layovers in Istanbul!
