I’ve been to Las Vegas well over 100 times. I love the city, the restaurants, the shows, and to gamble. I usually stay at the Bellagio and will be spending part of my trip there this weekend. Here are the reviews that I’ll be posting in the next week:
- Breeze Airways (TPA-HSV-LAS | Nicest)
- Crockfords Las Vegas, LXR Hotels & Resorts at Resorts World: City View One-Bedroom Suite (Booked with American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts)
- Bellagio: Newly Renovated Premier King (Booked through MGM Rewards)
- The Bedford by Martha Stewart
- Spirit Airlines (LAS-TPA | Big Front Seat)
This will be the first time I am flying Breeze Airways and Spirit Airlines. I chose both because I wanted to see what the experiences were like booking as close to first class as they offer. It will also be my first stay at Crockfords. I’m excited to try out Martha Stewart’s restaurant, The Bedford, as I have been a huge fan forever.
Anthony’s Take: Las Vegas is one of my favorite destinations. I’m going to be trying some new airlines, a new hotel, and a new restaurant this weekend. I’ll also be seeing Katy Perry on Friday night at Resorts World. Viva Las Vegas!

We were just there a few weeks ago. We ate at the Bedford. It was really good but kinda pricey for what it was. I’ve been to Vegas quite a bit…many times on Wall Street expense accounts…. so have racked up some sizeable bills. I was kinda shocked at how much Vegas food has increased in the last 18 months. My last trip in Jan 2023 was 4 days….won about $2k gambling…and spent almost all of it on food/booze during my stay.
Good to hear about the Bedford. Yes, I have also had many meals on expense accounts. Some were great and some really pricey ones (like Mr.Chow at $500), I would never do again. Most things seem to be more expensive these days.
I stayed at a renovated room in the Bellagio last summer; it’s really great. I love the new shower, but am still torn about if it was worth getting rid of the bath tub. It would have been nice to have both (tub and huge shower), even if it cut into the room’s living area (which isn’t efficiently laid out in its current configuration). At the end of the day, they went with an option that avoided a ton of plumbing and wall modifications.
It’s a tasteful room with lots of open space… it just feels like the bath tub is missing.
