It had been 16 years since I last stepped foot in Milan. We landed this week and are exploring the city. Milan to me was a bit drab, but filled with beautiful people, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, the Milan Duomo, and aperitivo for some snacks before dinner. I have not explored outside of Milan and Lake Como and the surrounding area looks incredible. I’ve also wanted to visit Genoa and Turin for some time, so we’re hitting those as well.

I’m not sure what lounges we’ll visit, but I’ll report back. I’ll also share more about the trip as we go. We’ll be driving around for the time we’re here. Most of the hotels were booked with cash because redemption rates were extremely high.
Anthony’s Take: This is the second time we’re in Italy this year. I’d love suggestions for any of the places we’re going on this trip. Any ideas?
