Hyatt has significantly expanded its footprint in Vietnam with the addition of six Wink hotels to the Unscripted by Hyatt collection of properties. This marks the global debut of the Unscripted brand and more than doubles Hyatt’s presence in the country.
The agreement with Indochina Kajima brings the made-in-Vietnam Wink brand into Hyatt’s ever-growing global portfolio. With the transition, Hyatt’s hotels in Vietnam expand from four properties to ten while adding new destinations such as Can Tho, Tuy Hoa, and Hai Phong.
The six operating hotels joining Unscripted by Hyatt are Wink Saigon Centre, Wink Danang Centre, Wink Danang Riverside, Wink Tuy Hoa Beach, Wink Can Tho Centre, and Wink Hai Phong Centre. Together, they represent more than 2,000 guestrooms across Vietnam’s largest cities and emerging markets. The Wink Hanoi Westlake is scheduled to open in late 2026.
The partnership reflects Hyatt’s broader growth strategy in Vietnam and across Asia Pacific. Demand continues to rise among modern, experience-driven travelers and Hyatt is looking to deliver for them. The Unscripted by Hyatt brand sits within Hyatt’s Essentials portfolio and is designed to be flexible and conversion-friendly. This allows independent hotels to retain their unique identities while accessing Hyatt’s global systems, distribution, and the World of Hyatt® loyalty program (which now exceeds 61 million members worldwide).
