Hampton by Hilton is known for its signature waffles with various toppings. These have a cult following and die-hard fans have their favorite combos when staying at the hotels. Last year, we saw Lemon Waffles, Birthday Cake Waffles to celebrate the brand’s 40th birthday, and Paris Hilton’s Sparkling Strawberry Waffles. Now, Hampton by Hilton has revealed a limited-time flavor that’s perfect for summer: S’mores Waffles.

The s’mores flavored waffles are now available at participating properties across the United States and Canada. The signature Hampton by Hilton free hot breakfast now offers a flavor inspired by summers and campfires.

Hampton by Hilton celebrated its 40th birthday last August. It started in 1984 as Hampton Inn and was owned by the Holiday Corporation, which also used to own Holiday Inn. In 1989, it sold Holiday Inn and became Promus Hotel Corporation. Promus also owned several other brands that are now in the Hilton portfolio including Embassy Suites and Homewood Suites. The Hampton Inn brand was revamped and evolved from a budget hotel to a middle-market, limited service hotel. By 1990, Hampton had 220 locations. In 1999, Hilton purchased Promus for $3.7 billion and added the three brands to its roster. Today, Hampton by Hilton has over 3,000 properties in 43 countries and territories (with 2,400 of those in the United States).

Anthony’s Take: I’m not a huge breakfast person, but these waffles look pretty good. I have a sweet tooth and could see myself indulging in a waffle or two.
