The Eggo® House of Pancakes offers a mountain getaway in Gatlinburg, TN that’s literally shaped like a stack of pancakes complete with a stick-of-butter-shaped chimney and breakfast-inspired decor. While you might think of Eggo’s iconic waffles (and most people will), the company is hoping to get vacationers thinking about its other iconic breakfast food.
The House of Pancakes was bookable through HomeToGo starting with weekends in March (just in time for spring break). National Pancake Day was on February 28th and this house is a unique promo to celebrate with $0 vacation rentals. It looks like all dates have been filled, but if you’re an Eggo® fan you might want to check back for cancellations.
The house has four bedrooms and six bathrooms with around 2,000 square feet of space to enjoy. As you might expect, the freezer is filled with Eggo® pancakes in Buttermilk, Blueberry, Chocolatey Chip, Minis, Chocolatey Chip Minis.
Here are some of the things that Eggo® suggests vacationers do while staying in the Pancake House:
• Enjoy a fresh stack of Eggo® pancakes any time of day
• Dip in the hot tub as the sun sets on a long day of fun
• Challenge your family to iconic games while taking in the mountainside views
• Have a pajama party and relive your childhood with a trip down memory lane, streaming your favorite cartoons and movies in our uber comfy pancake-ified living room
Joe Beauprez, Senior Director of Marketing for Frozen Foods at Kellanova, said:
Eggo® and waffles are an iconic combination, so much so that fans might forget about our pancakes. That’s why we’re flipping our focus with this unexpected experience that celebrates Eggo® pancakes as a breakfast go-to that’s equally good at making parents’ lives easier and making breakfast delicious. Plus, we know that planning a family vacation can be chaotic, so we’re helping parents check one more thing off their to-do list for spring break season with this deliciously fun house.”
Anthony’s Take: This is another cool brand tie-in and a home that looks like it would be fun to spend a night in. It’s all booked now, but hopefully additional nights will be added.

One of my coworkers said she booked the place recently. One odd thing is that the place wanted to run a background check on the person renting the Eggo house. Should be some seriously fun kitch.
