The first EDITION Hotel opened in Hawaii in 2010 (this location is now closed). The brand was officially launched with hotelier Ian Schrager (the force behind Studio 54 and Palladium). There are currently 22 EDITION Hotels around the world with more in the pipeline. This is a brand that I love for its aesthetic, but don’t stay at often due to its limited elite benefits in the Marriott Bonvoy® program.
