I often wonder what is wrong with people, but a female passenger has taken my questioning of people’s sanity to an entirely different level. A woman at Orlando International Airport (MCO) allegedly drown her dog in an airport toilet after she was told that she did not have the right paperwork and could not board with the animal. The Orlando Police Department arrested her under suspicion of animal cruelty.

On December 16, 2024, an airport cleaning person found a dead animal in the trash of an airport bathroom before security at Orlando International Airport (MCO). The employee noted that the woman had been in one of the stalls for a long time and that she was attempting to clean up “a lot of water and a lot of dog food” from the floor. The employee left the restroom and returned 20 minutes later to clean it and found the trash can to be much heavier than usual. She opened the trash and found the dead dog, its leash, collar, and dog tag stuffed inside.

Alison Lawrence has been identified as the alleged killer of this poor animal (identified as a nine-year-old miniature schnauzer). She was at the airport to board a flight to El Dorado International Airport (BOG) on LATAM before connecting to Ecuador. She was informed (after a 15-minute conversation at the check-in desk) that she did not have the right paperwork for the animal. Instead of handling this situation like a rational human being, Lawrence allegedly took the dog to the bathroom and killed it.

In the arrest affidavit, the Orlando Police Department said:

After Alison Agatha Lawrence was denied boarding of the dog due to improper paperwork, Alison Agatha Lawrence is believed to have taken extreme and tragic action by killing the dog.

Killing a dog is illegal and morally wrong unless there is a justifiable reason and it is performed humanely. Killing a dog for convenience (such as not being able to take it overseas) is not a legal defense.”

Lawrence was arrested on March 18th and booked into the Lake County jail. She posted a $5,000 bond. The information on the dog’s tag was tied back to Lawrence. This treatment of a living being is just revolting. I hope that she gets the maximum possible penalty if proven guilty of this heinous act.

Anthony’s Take: This is unbelievably sad and cruel. This woman, if proven to have truly murdered this dog, is a monster. People like this make me wish someone would drown them in a toilet.

I think drowning her is letting this bitch off WAY too easy. She needs to be waterboarded first. Let her suffer. I have no and I mean NO sympathy for people like this.
After she has been waterboarded for an extended period of time, then and only then should she be drown and finished off.
