Delta Air Lines is enhancing the premium travel journey across the country with the expansion of Delta One® check-in areas that are now available at every US hub that offers Delta One® service. These dedicated spaces provide exclusivity from the moment customers arrive at the airport and offer curated service and premium amenities before passengers even reach security.

Delta One® check-in locations are now open at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), Boston Logan International Airport (BOS), Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW), Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (MSP), New York John F Kennedy International Airport (JFK), Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA).
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and New York John F Kennedy International Airport (JFK) take the experience further by offering private Delta One® security lanes that lead directly into their respective Delta One® Lounges. Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) already feature Delta One® Lounges (with additional lounges planned across the network in the coming years).
While the layout and size vary by airport, the Delta One® check-in experience includes:
- Personalized support from Premium Service ambassadors
- Expedited check-in and baggage drop
- Comfortable, quiet seating areas
- Light refreshments and beverages
