Back in May, I wrote about a JetBlue passenger who was an elite member for 10 years getting the cops called on him and his return flight cancelled after he politely objected to a flight attendant’s Palestinian flag pin. This incident resulted in a uniform policy change for the airline. Now, passengers are sharing photos of a Delta flight attendant sporting a Palestine flag pin, which is a violation of their policy.

The photo above shows a flight attendant wearing a Palestinian flag pin this week on flight DL1245 between Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) and Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) on July 5th.

Delta Pin Policy

Flight attendants are not supposed to be adorning their uniforms with pins other than official items provided by the carrier. Delta needs to walk a fine line here, though, as its Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW) sits within the largest Muslim population in North America. Its policy covers it in regards to uniform standards, but this contentious issue could raise more problems.

Anthony’s Take: Pins that convey political and other potentially controversial messages should be left off of uniforms unless they are officially sanctioned by the airline. We’ll see if Delta cracks down on offenders of its policy.

The idea that he is supporting Gaza with this pin is risible . . . there are no Israeli politicians on the aircraft. The pin is only intended to antagonize Jewish passengers and to let them know that they are not welcome on the aircraft.

The lost irony on this likely not too bright gay-presenting person is that he wouldn’t last 10 minutes in Gaza without being torn limb from limb . . . but would be perfectly safe and his equal rights protected by law in Israel. Antisemitism clouds rational thought.

Rene, I couldn’t have possibly have proven the point as well as you did. This isn’t about anything so much as it is about Jews and one’s feelings towards them.

I thought this conflict was over because the media has moved on to “Biden is an old man have you heard he is old?”

As a gay man (and frankly the gaydar is going off here too with him) I cannot understand how he can support a country/government that punishes homosexuality by death.
Enough with the endless leftie political messages — just do your job!

Wow the antisemites are really coming out from under their rocks. From the guy who bemoans “pro-Jew” to the “control” psycho. The sad thing is that once hate awakens, it won’t confide itself to a small group of people who have always been the canary in the coal mine. And that includes the population this idiotic flight attendant clearly belongs to.

He is proud to be a Palestinian or support Palestinians. Nothing wrong with that

Remember Trump used the word Palestinian as a slur at the debate and in recent months

He’s a very proud supporter wearing the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) flag pin.
Oh the irony….
The Muslim Brotherhood inspired and radicalized Palestinian IslamoFacists that
pioneered: plane hijackings; murdering passengers on planes; shooting up airline check-in counters.
In-turn, they inspired Al-Queda for the events of 9/11. Don’t forget the carry-on liquid explosives; bombs in shoes and underwear.

His Palestine flag pin carries a lot of meaning for a flight attendant.
