Earlier today, I wrote about Chase’s plans for upcoming Sapphire Lounges® at airports around the country including its latest that just opened at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). Now, the credit card issuer has announced a limited-time lounge experience for Chase Sapphire Reserve® cardmembers.
The lounge pop-up will open on November 16th at the Aria Resort & Casino with food from Momofuku and cocktails from Los Angeles and New York-based speakeasy, Apotheke. Chase Sapphire Reserve®, J.P. Morgan Reserve and The Ritz-Carlton™ Credit Card primary cardmembers and authorized users with their activated complimentary Priority Pass™ membership have lounge access. Chase Sapphire Reserve® and J.P. Morgan Reserve cardmembers may bring up to two guests per Priority Pass card, per visit, for free and additional guests for $27. Ritz-Carlton cardmembers may bring unlimited guests at no charge. There’s no additional charge for children under the age of two.
Non-Chase Priority Pass members will be able to use one visit entitlement per calendar year across the Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club network in the United States. After that, admission costs $75 per person, per visit.
Dana Pouwels, Head of Airport Lounge Benefits at Chase, said:
When we opened our first domestic lounge, we were clear that expanding our footprint and elevating the on-trip experience for our Chase Sapphire Reserve® cardmembers was a priority. Our openings in Phoenix and San Diego, in addition to the expansion of lounge access in locations where our customers live and travel, continues along our goal of delivering this highly sought after benefit.”
Anthony’s Take: I hope to check out this lounge at the Aria on my next trip to Las Vegas. I love how many lounges Chase is opening. This is really picking up speed.
