Breeze Airways is completely overhauling its Breezy Rewards program and introducing elite status tiers for the first time ever. The redesigned program, set to roll out in early 2026, aims to reward frequent travelers with a suite of enhanced benefits ranging from priority boarding to complimentary Wi-Fi and upgrade opportunities.

The current Breezy Rewards structure, which allows members to earn BreezePoints worth $.01 each, will remain the foundation of the program. Members continue to earn one to five points per $1 spent on flights and add-ons, depending on fare type, and can redeem points toward flights, seat upgrades, and other extras (including taxes and fees). Points will still expire 24 months after being earned, which I don’t like but it encourages members to stay active within the program.

Breeze Tiers

The most significant update comes with the addition of four new elite status tiers: Breezy 1, Breezy 2, Breezy 3, and Breezy Club. Each tier is designed to offer progressively greater rewards, with qualification based on annual spending.

  • Breezy 1: Members earn this status after accumulating 15,000 BreezePoints in a qualifying year. Benefits include one confirmable Bundle Upgrade per year, a 25% BreezePoint earnings boost, and free in-flight Wi-Fi.
  • Breezy 2 and Breezy 3: These higher tiers introduce selectable Breezy Select Benefits to give members choices between perks such as extra Bundle Upgrades, bonus BreezePoints, or a Buddy Discount.
  • Breezy Club: The top tier will offer the most exclusive benefits including Bundle Upgrades, bonus BreezePoints, and a Buddy Discount.

The new Bundle Upgrades can be applied immediately after booking with instant confirmation. These upgrades provide access to premium seating and amenities. Another standout feature is the Buddy Discount, which functions similarly to a companion pass but without the restriction of assigning a single companion. Instead, members can apply the discount to any additional traveler on the same reservation at a discount or free for top-tier elites.

With the introduction of elite tiers and customizable benefits, Breeze Airways is positioning Breezy Rewards as a much more flexible and customer-friendly loyalty program. By balancing simplicity with premium-style rewards, the airline is aiming to create a loyalty ecosystem that appeals to both occasional travelers and frequent flyers alike. The revamp underscores Breeze’s ongoing commitment to redefining affordable travel by adding meaningful value and personalization.

Breeze Airways is a low-cost airline that offers point-to-point flights to underserved markets across the United States using a fleet of modern Airbus A220 aircraft. I’ve flown Breeze several times and enjoyed the experience, overall (you can read the latest review here). Travel & Leisure named it as one of the five best US airlines for the fourth consecutive year in 2025.

Anthony’s Take: I am a fan of Breeze Airways and love that the airline continues to grow and evolve. If you’re a Breeze loyalist, this new program gives you good reasons to keep on choosing the “Nice” low-cost carrier.
