Breeze Airways is adding the 70th city to its route map. If you’re not familiar, Breeze Airways is a low-cost airline that offers point-to-point flights to underserved markets across the United States using a fleet of modern Airbus A220 aircraft. I flew Breeze again recently and enjoyed the experience (you can read the full review here). Travel & Leisure named it as one of the five best US airlines for the third consecutive year in 2024. Breeze now serves 70 cities in 31 states with the latest addition of Key West International Airport (EYW).

New flights will begin on June 12th from both Orlando International Airport (MCO) and Tampa International Airport (TPA) to Key West International Airport (EYW). The flights will run 4x weekly (on Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays) on a seasonal basis from June 12th through August 31st (September 1st for Orlando).

As with all new routes, Breeze is offering a discount on these two to celebrate their launch.

Breeze Airways’ Founder and CEO, David Neeleman, said:

We’re excited to extend our service within the Sunshine State with the addition of new service to Key West. We’re confident this will be a very popular addition to Breeze’s national network and look forward to welcoming new and existing Guests to the area onboard an upcoming Breeze flight this summer.”

Anthony’s Take: My husband has been saying for years that we need to return to Key West and this might be the way to get us there. I love that Breeze is stepping in while Silver Airways is floundering.
