Passengers check all sorts of things from animal carcasses to handguns to the more common clothing and household goods. One man at Miami International Airport (MIA) recently attempted to check himself in as baggage to be placed in the cargo hold. This is not allowed and the shrink-wrapped man was met by police before going through security.

Gary from View from the Wing called out this incident and shared the video above. The man in green plastic is unwrapped by his travel partner, but no word is given as to why the man was wrapped and why they were attempting to check him as baggage.

Anthony’s Take: This is not going to fly and cargo holds are not meant to transport people (whether they are wrapped in plastic or not). They wasted the time of the airline employees and police and in my opinion should have been asked to leave over their stunt.
