Back in June, I first wrote about Bermuda’s flagship carrier, BermudAir, introducing a new sub-brand designed called AnguillAir to provide the only nonstop flights from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS), Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) to Anguilla’s Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport (AXA). Renowned for its white-sand beaches, luxury resorts, and serene atmosphere, Anguilla offers travelers an easy way to get to the Caribbean island this winter.

The new service launches this week, with routes operated by BermudAir aircraft. AnguillAir marks a significant step in strengthening regional connectivity and advancing BermudAir’s vision of linking island communities.

Service from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) begins today, December 17th and operates 2x weekly on Wednesdays and Saturdays through April 25th. From Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), AnguillAir launches December 18th and also offers 2x weekly flights on Thursdays and Sundays through April 12th. Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) service begins December 19th and will fly 2x weekly on Mondays and Fridays through April 13th.

BermudAir Tail

AnguillAir will debut with its own branding and visual identity, representing the first phase in BermudAir’s broader strategy to expand seasonal routes and strengthen its regional presence. The airline sees the sub-brand as a foundation for future growth with plans to extend service and enhance connectivity across island destinations in the years ahead.

The new expansion complements the routes that BermudAir is covering.

Adam Scott, Founder and CEO of BermudAir, said:

This is much more than a new route — it’s a reflection of what BermudAir was built to do: deliver extraordinary service while broadening our destination offerings. We’re thrilled that we are now able to extend the service and care we offer from Bermuda now also to our sister British Oversea Territory neighbor Anguilla.”

Anthony’s Take: I’ve never been to Anguilla, but it’s on my list. I need to check out one of these flights (or one to Bermuda) soon.
