I’m glad that I am nowhere near Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) today. Anti-Israel protestors have caused huge traffic delays going into the airport by blocking all lanes of Interstate 190 between Bessie Coleman Drive and the airport as well as the Kennedy Expressway.
JUST IN: All outbound lanes on Kennedy Expressway at O'Hare International Airport in Chicago have been blocked by pro-Palestine protesters.
People were seen getting out of their cars and making the long walk to the terminal so they didn’t miss their flights.

There are lots of posts on X showing passengers forced to drag their luggage and walk in order to make flights departing from the airport. I’m not sure why protesting O’Hare makes any sense, but a lot of people that have nothing to do with what is going on in the Middle East are being made to suffer as they try to catch flights.
Good luck catching a flight out of Chicago. O’Hare Airport is blocked. pic.twitter.com/lpUfD5vkML

The video above shows the protestors as well as passengers dragging luggage onto the grass in order to get to the airport.
All roads to Chicago O'Hare are blocked by pro-Palestinian protestors.
A society cannot function when thugs are allowed to disrupt the livelihood of its citizens.
This could be solved in a day:
No bail and felony charges.

Many are calling for arrests and jail time. I can’t say that I disagree. Peaceful protest is a right of being an American, but that does not come at the cost of blocking roadways and airports.
#TravelAlert UPDATE: Inbound traffic into O’Hare on I-190 is resuming following earlier protest activity. Allow extra time if traveling to the airport this morning. pic.twitter.com/d5269fHCuB

The official account for Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) says that traffic is resuming, thankfully.
Anthony’s Take: People are guaranteed the right to peaceful assembly and to express their opinions. They should not be blocking highways and airports. When this happens, police should move in and make them relocate.
