Jared Peeler from South Carolina was arrested at Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) after allegedly making threats to blow up the airport at an Alaska Airlines ticket counter. The man reportedly approached the counter on September 9th and became agitated when he learned that Alaska does not fly nonstop to his home in South Carolina.
Peeler had already had an issue with Delta Air Lines when he couldn’t buy a ticket because he did not have any credit cards. An Alaska Airlines supervisor asked him to leave and this made him get more agitated. Witnesses say he shouted things like:
- “If I was a terrorist, I’d blow up this place.”
- “Come back and shoot this s$^t.”
- “Trump 2024”
During an interview with law enforcement, Peeler reportedly said that he was in Las Vegas for a sports bet and that he could not get a ticket home because he did not have a credit card. He also stated that “he comes from money and does not like to wait.” News 3 reports that he is being charged with making terroristic threats. He was released from custody under the condition that he only returns to Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) if he already has an airline ticket. Peeler is due back in court on November 14th.
Anthony’s Take: Another example of someone acting entitled and completely inappropriate in public. The agents were following policy and also cannot create a route that they don’t fly.

I watched and listened to the video of the guy at JFK. I didn’t hear any point at which he said anything about the election at all. He sounded like he had a Haitian accent, so he may not be a US citizen at all. Perhaps you can help me catch where he said he was a Harris supporter?
