American Airlines is rolling out seasonal menu updates across its Flagship® and Admirals Club® lounges to introduce a range of spring-inspired dishes and premium beverages designed to enhance the pre-flight experience. The refreshed offerings feature bright flavors and globally inspired cuisine.
Travelers visiting Flagship® lounges can expect a more refined culinary experience with new dishes tailored to specific locations. At Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), guests can enjoy braised short rib with roasted thyme tomato sauce, while Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) is serving chilled carrot and coconut soup. Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) features multiple new options including tamagoyaki French toast with ginger maple syrup and green lentil curry. In Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), the menu includes beef kofta with saffron rice and mini pita. Miami International Airport (MIA) offers shrimp rundown in a coconut milk curry.

Admirals Club® lounges are also introducing a variety of new dishes across key markets. Cantonese sweet and sour meatballs are now available at Denver International Airport (DEN) and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). Parmesan pesto gnocchi is featured at Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD), St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL), and Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ). Mediterranean feta chickpea salad is being served at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS), Nashville International Airport (BNA), Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), and Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH).
Travelers passing through Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) can enjoy New England clam chowder, while chicken Baja enchilada soup is available at Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT), Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU), and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA).

Alongside the new menu items, American Airlines continues to elevate its beverage program. Champagne Bollinger, introduced through a 2025 partnership, is now served complimentary in Flagship® lounges and available for purchase in Admirals Club® locations. This addition reinforces the airline’s focus on delivering a consistent premium experience both on the ground and in the air.
The new Admirals Club® menu debuted in mid-March. Flagship® lounge updates will arrive this month. Additional dishes and seasonal variations are expected to appear across the network as part of the broader refresh.
Anthony’s Take: American Airlines’ latest lounge updates reflect a continued emphasis on food and beverage as a key part of the travel experience. By introducing regionally inspired dishes and premium drink options, the airline is aiming to create a more memorable and differentiated experience for travelers before they even board their flight. I wonder if the Citi partnership will help to elevate this even further.
