Air France is preparing for a busy summer. Between the Olympics taking place in Paris and demand at an all-time high, the French carrier has announced its plans and it offers lots of exciting news for flyers looking to travel between France and the United States.
This summer, Air France will operate service to 189 destinations in 74 countries. New routes out of Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) include Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) (more here), Verona Villafranca Airport (VRN), Kalamata International Airport Captain Vasilis Konstantakopoulos (KLX), and Harstad/Narvik Airport (EVE). Phoenix will be the 17th US destination for Air France. Others include:

Air France will fly to the United States over 210x weekly this summer. For the Cannes Film Festival, Air France will operate two special flights between Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Nice Côte d’Azur Airport (NCE) on Airbus A350-900 aircraft equipped with its latest travel cabins. These include 34 Business, 24 Premium Economy, and 266 Economy Class seats.
Air France’s ongoing refurbishment of its Boeing 777-300ER and Airbus A350-900 aircraft will see the newest in-flight product reaching more cities this summer. These include:

I’m particularly excited that the new cabins are coming to Chicago this summer as I live there half the year and hope to be able to fly in the new Business Class.
