Back in June, I wrote about how Netflix has been upping its experiential game. Earlier this year, it opened NETFLIX BITES at the MGM Grand. The Netflix-themed restaurant offers cuisine inspired by popular Netflix shows. At the time, it announced plans to launch two massive, 100,000-square-foot installations in Philadelphia at King of Prussia Mall and in Dallas at Galleria Dallas. The first location debuted in Philadelphia last month and now Netflix has announced that the Dallas space has opened.

Spanning more than 100,000 square feet, the immersive venue brings Netflix’s most popular shows and movies to life through interactive experiences, themed dining, retail, and live entertainment. Visitors to Netflix House Dallas begin their journey through a striking Red Envelope entrance (a nod to the company’s DVD-by-mail beginnings) and enter a sprawling atrium filled with large-scale art installations and photo opportunities inspired by hit series like Stranger Things, Squid Game, Bridgerton, Wednesday, and ONE PIECE.

The immersive attraction blends entertainment, art, and community with contributions from Dallas artist Jeremy Biggers and other regional creators. More than 270 local tradespeople were involved in its construction and the venue now supports nearly 300 permanent jobs in the area.

Fans can choose from several frightening and fast-paced adventures, including a trip into Creel House or one of Squid Game’s most intense challenges. Netflix House invites fans to step inside the worlds of their favorite stories. Key experiences include:

  • Stranger Things: Escape the Dark: Guests use headsets and flashlights as they join a search-and-rescue mission through iconic Hawkins locations after the town’s catastrophic “earthquake.” The experience delivers the same suspenseful moments seen in the series. It lasts about one hour, and participants under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Squid Game: Survive the Trials: Step into the arena to compete in ruthless games, confront the Front Man, and outsmart fellow players. For the first time, challenges from Season 3 are included. The experience lasts about one hour and is suitable for all ages.
  • Netflix Replay: A modern twist on a classic arcade, featuring 21 games inspired by titles like KPop Demon Hunters, Love, Death & Robots, Army of the Dead, and Happy Gilmore 2. Play solo or team up to aim for the top score.

Mastercard is the preferred payment partner of Netflix House and it’s bringing Priceless Experiences to guests across Netflix House and Netflix BITES. Along with benefits available to all Mastercard holders, American Airlines AAdvantage Mastercard cardmembers now have access to an exclusive immersive dining experience at Netflix House Dallas (with more curated experiences coming in 2026).

Anthony’s Take: This looks great. Netflix is nailing it with these experiential venues. I hope to check one out in the future.
