Allegiant is celebrating Customer Appreciation Week and surprising travelers nationwide with nearly $1 million in free flights and exclusive giveaways. The weeklong festivities highlight the airline’s commitment to affordable, high-quality travel and gratitude toward its loyal customers.
The party began Monday as Allegiant representatives and crew members surprised passengers at airports and onboard flights with $250 travel vouchers, redeemable for roundtrip flights and extras within the Allegiant network. In Provo, travelers were greeted with a prize wheel offering travel rewards, Allegiant-branded merchandise, and other giveaways. At select gates, pilots personally delivered vouchers, while on other flights, flight attendants made in-flight announcements that sparked mid-air celebrations among passengers.
Each $250 voucher can be used toward any Allegiant route or ancillary product, including seat selection, baggage, priority boarding, rental cars, and hotels. Travelers can also apply the reward toward Allegiant Extra, the airline’s premium seating option that offers extra legroom, priority check-in, and dedicated overhead bin space.
This celebration comes on the heels of Allegiant being named 2025’s Best Low-Cost Airline in North America by Skytrax. The recognition underscores Allegiant’s continued success in combining affordability and convenience, particularly for passengers from smaller markets seeking nonstop access to top leisure destinations.
With a network designed to connect small and mid-sized cities to major vacation spots across the United States, Allegiant continues to redefine value travel for millions of passengers each year. Customer Appreciation Week not only rewards loyal travelers but also reinforces the airline’s mission to make air travel accessible, enjoyable, and memorable.
Drew Wells, Allegiant’s Chief Commercial Officer, said:
This is our way of saying thank you to our customers in a truly special way. Our passengers are at the heart of everything we do. Their loyalty has fueled our growth, and this giveaway is our way of letting them know how much we value them.”
Anthony’s Take: Allegiant gets some flack, but they provide routes where there are no other airlines offering nonstop options. This is a nice way to thank customers and sounds like a lot of fun.
