Bally’s Corporation has unveiled plans for Bally’s Las Vegas. This resort and entertainment destination is set to rise on the former site of the Tropicana Las Vegas. It will share a 35-acre campus with the upcoming Las Vegas Athletics Major League Baseball ballpark and create a one-of-a-kind sports and entertainment hub on the Las Vegas Strip.

The project is currently being submitted for entitlements to Clark County. Development is expected to begin in the first half of 2026. Designed by Marnell Architecture, the vision for Bally’s Las Vegas combines luxury accommodations, cutting-edge entertainment, and world-class sports access.

Key highlights of the development include:

  • Two luxury hotel towers featuring a total of 3,000 guest rooms.
  • A state-of-the-art entertainment venue with seating for 2,500 guests (designed to host concerts, shows, and special events).
  • Over 500,000 square feet of retail, dining, and entertainment space.
  • A casino and VIP experience with direct access to the MLB ballpark.

Bally’s Las Vegas is designed to be a destination for both international travelers as well as regional baseball fans. The resort will connect visitors directly to the action at the Las Vegas Athletics’ future ballpark while delivering the luxury and energy Las Vegas is known for. The development will also feature flagship retail brands, signature dining concepts, and immersive attractions to position the resort as a premier hub for tourism, shopping, and nightlife.

Bally’s is partnering with JLL to curate its retail and dining offerings. The global real estate firm will source a blend of international brands and local favorites to ensure that the resort reflects both Las Vegas’ global appeal and its distinctive local culture. Bally’s Las Vegas represents one of the most ambitious projects in recent Las Vegas history by blending sports, hospitality, and entertainment in a single integrated campus. Once complete, the project is expected to drive tourism growth, strengthen the Strip’s reputation as a global entertainment capital, and cement Las Vegas’ role as the ultimate stage for professional baseball and large-scale events.

Anthony’s Take: Las Vegas is always changing and this complex is yet another chapter. I question what this will do to the traffic on the Las Vegas Strip, but the renderings look pretty sweet.
