JetBlue Airways and Dunkin’® (otherwise known as Dunkin’ Donuts) have released a bright pink, white, and orange livery on an Airbus A320 to celebrate 20 years of partnership. JetBlue has been serving Dunkin’® coffee for the past 20 years as part of its onboard service.
@JonNYC shared pictures of the eye-catching paint job today. Dunkin’® has a cult-like following around JetBlue’s Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) hub and throughout New England and the East Coast. I’m a Starbucks addict and not a fan of Dunkin’®, but I think this livery is a lot of fun.
JetBlue is no stranger to custom liveries and has partnered with everyone from the Boston Red Sox to NBC’s Peacock and FDNY painted on its planes. In March, I wrote about an Airbus A320 decked out with the characters from Nintendo’s Super Mario Bros. to the skies. It also recently unveiled a contest to feature an aircraft painted to celebrate Puerto Rico. That will also take to the skies this summer.
Anthony’s Take: New England fan of Dunkin’® will be excited to fly on this plane and enjoy its coffee on JetBlue flights around the country.
