BermudAir connects Bermuda’s L.F. Wade International Airport (BDA) to the United States and Canada. It flies to 10 destinations in North America and will soon add three new cities. Two of them will have their only international flight thanks to this addition. A few weeks ago, I wrote about the acquisition of two new Embraer 190AR-E1 aircraft, which doubled the size of its fleet. Now, the airline is putting these into service with these flights.
NEW: BermudAir is set to announce 3 new destinations:
• Providence (PVD)
• Richmond (RIC) (thanks to @fleursdiora)
• Montreal (YUL)Each will be served from Bermuda (BDA). For RIC and PVD, this represents their only international flight. pic.twitter.com/xuE4auRav1

The carrier will soon add Montréal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL), Rhode Island T. F. Green International Airport (PVD), and Richmond International Airport (RIC) to the map. No word has been released on frequencies or start dates for these new routes.
BermudAir currently flies to the following destinations:
- Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI)
- Boston Logan International Airport (BOS)
- Charleston International Airport (CHS) (starts in April 2025)
- Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL)
- Halifax Stanfield International Airport (YHZ)
- Hartford’s Bradley International Airport (BDL) (starts in April 2025)
- Orlando International Airport (MCO)
- Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) (starts in April 2025)
- Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ)
- Westchester County Airport (HPN)
These flights are currently operated with Embraer E175 aircraft with 14 seats in Business Class and 52 in Economy Class. Both cabins receive complimentary food and beverages (inclusive of alcohol). Business Class offers additional booking flexibility, higher checked baggage allowances, and easier changes and cancellations.
The new Embraer 190AR-E1 aircraft will seat 96 and have more space for cargo. They also have additional range that offers around 621 miles more than the current fleet.
Anthony’s Take: BermudAir has been on my radar for some time and I need to get back to Bermuda to check out the St. Regis. Maybe 2025 will be the year I try out this boutique airline.
