Small Luxury Hotels of the World™ (SLH) announced today that it’s launching a new loyalty program called “SLH Club,” a new app, and a magazine called Swoon by SLH. These new additions showcase SLH’s portfolio of luxury boutique hotels and new ways to provide loyal guests with an upscale experience.

SLH Club

The loyalty program for Small Luxury Hotels of the World™ (SLH) was previously known as INVITED. New members will join the revamped SLH Club starting today while existing INVITED members will be transferred automatically . SLH Club is complementary and begins rewarding members from their first hotel stays.  The new program has a simplified three-tier structure. These include:

  • Club 01: Earned with zero to three nights stayed at SLH hotels. Members can enjoy flexible check-in/check-out and access to a preferential Club Rate. For every night booked, SLH will plant two trees in partnership with TreeNation.
  • Club 02: Earned for staying four to 12 nights. Members will receive all of the benefits of Club 01, plus complimentary continental breakfast, room upgrades, priority access to the SLH flash sale bonus rate, and special partner offers.
  • Club 03: This is earned after staying 13+ nights. Members will enjoy all the benefits of Club 01 and Club 02, plus reward night vouchers, exclusive events, and the chance to win complimentary nights at any SLH hotel.

New App

SLH will release a new mobile app on October 24th. This new digital tool offers SLH guests a seamless and faster reservation process, as well as innovative features such as integrated route guidance. SLH Club members can easily access their loyalty program information. A downloadable membership card and all of their previous bookings can be found here.

Swoon by SLH Magazine

SLH guests are invited to immerse themselves in the SLH world with a new digital magazine called Swoon by SLH. Content includes hotel reviews, interviews with some of SLH’s hotel owners, and more. An annual print version of the magazine is also being created. This limited-edition print publication can also be found in select SLH hotels worldwide from November. Club 03 members will be sent their own copies.

Richard Hyde, Chief Operating Officer of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, said:

This is just the beginning of the SLH Club journey – our small yet powerful benefits-driven programme will only get better in 2025, supported by our cutting-edge app and inspiring magazine, igniting the wanderlust with our loyal fanbase.”

Anthony’s Take: It’s great to see SLH adding to the rewards and capitalizing on the playful aspect of its luxe properties. While I credit my stays to Hilton (and Hyatt before that), this loyalty program, app, and magazine are great for those loyal to SLH.
