Hampton Inn’s waffles have a cult-like following. I’ve written about them many times and they recently celebrated their 40th birthday. Now, Holiday Inn Express wants a bit more of the breakfast spotlight with its limited edition “Pancakesuit.” The breakfast-inspired streetwear line includes a limited run with a hidden warming pocket and each purchase comes with 50,000 IHG One Rewards points.

Holiday Inn Express serves an incredible 28 million pancakes per year. The fresh, hot, and complimentary breakfast treat is a brand staple at over 3,000 locations worldwide.

Justin Alexander, VP, Global Brand Management for Holiday Inn Express, Staybridge Suites & Candlewood Suites, said:

At Holiday Inn Express hotels, our breakfast is a cornerstone of our guest experience and a major reason why travelers choose to stay with us. The numbers say it all. Since rolling out our one-touch pancake machine at our Americas locations, we’ve served about 400 million pancakes. Clearly, we’ve mastered the art! As pancake experts, we partnered with Mr. Eatwell to create this exclusive collection as a thank you to travelers for making our breakfast a standout feature. Now guests can take our famous pancakes with them to enjoy long after their stay (literally and figuratively!).”

The “Pancakesuits” come in hoodie and crewneck styles and are available for purchase at MrEatwell.com. On National Pancake Day (September 26th), customers can use code PANCAKEMYDAY to receive 50% off their purchase. The Holiday Inn Express x Mr. Eatwell collection is size inclusive. Adult sizes cost $99 and kid’s sizes are $50. To get this exclusive merchandise, visit MrEatwell.com or redeem points with IHG One Rewards Access.

Anthony’s Take: While I would not wear this attire, it’s cute and a fun way to celebrate this breakfast favorite. The bonus points are also a good addition (and enough for a night at most Holiday Inn Express locations).
