Greetings from Tampa! I was in New York and Boston this week. TSA checkpoints vary greatly. Tampa International Airport (TPA) and Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) were speedy while New York LaGuardia Airport (LGA) was a hot mess.  In travel news, United made a splash with new aircraft interiors and a lie-flat option in Economy Class, Marriott added another brand, I visited the Capital One Landing, and more.

United Relax Row

Airlines

JetBlue wants a merger, United is adding snazzy new aircraft, and there are lots of new routes coming this week in airlines news.

Courtyard Cincinnati Mason 19

Hotels

I reviewed the Courtyard by Marriott Cincinnati Mason, Hyatt has an Amex Offer, and more this week in hotel news.

Capital One Landing LGA 2

Lounges

I checked out New York’s new Capital One Landing and Virgin is updating its Clubhouse in London.

Hong Kong

Travel News & Destinations

The TSA made most of the headlines this week, but a deadly runway collision and Hong Kong’s new law were also noteworthy.
