Happy New Year! I hope you all are having a great start to 2025. I’ve been in Florida this week (hoping for a little sunshine). While I’ve been home, it’s been a busy week in the travel world. JetBlue was fined $2 million for its flight delays, British Airways overhauled its frequent flyer program, Silver Airways filed Chapter 11, and I look back on some of my favorite experiences of 2024.
