I flew on Air Canada Rouge from Tampa International Airport (TPA) to Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) and got to sample the Canadian airline’s breakfast offerings. No official menu or name was provided, but I saw these called “Golden Brown Apple Pancakes” on Reddit, so we’re going with that.

The pancakes were surprisingly fluffy and the apples tasted fresh. Maple syrup added sweetness to the dish and I liked that this could be controlled. The tray also included a choice of wheat or white bread roll, a fruit salad, and an Odyssey Yogurt. This was a solid meal and a great choice for breakfast.

Anthony’s Take: I’m so used to dining on Delta and United flights that it’s a treat when I get to try out other airlines. I enjoyed what Air Canada served this morning and I would order it again.
