Bilt is back with another Rent Day offer and this month the focus is on granting Hilton Honors status, as well as special cruise deals with Virgin Voyages. It’s nice to see Bilt continuing with some travel-related specials this month.
Each month, Bilt makes the first of the month fun. It offers bonus opportunities, chances to win points playing a trivia game, and even a contest to win free rent (up to $2,500) for what it calls “Rent Day.” Bilt’s next Rent Day occurs on Tuesday, October 1st. Bilt is a great program with lots of transfer partners and these Rent Day promos make it even sweeter. I am using the Bilt Mastercard® to pay rent on my place in Florida again and love it.
Free Hilton Honors Status
Bilt members will be offered a status match on October 1st. It’s valid until December 31st. In order to extend this status, Bilt members will need to complete the following requirements in order to keep the status until March 2026.
- Stay eight nights before December 31st and Hilton Honors Gold status will be extended.
- Stay 14 nights before December 31st and Hilton Honors Gold status will be upgraded to Diamond status through March 2026.
- Bilt Platinum members need to only stay 10 nights to get Diamond status.
Virgin Voyages Bonus Offer
Again this month, Bilt and Virgin Voyages are teaming up for a special deal that’s only available through October 1st. This package includes:
- $100 bar tab
- Unlimited premium Wi-Fi
- Two specialty coffees per day
- Priority boarding
- Complimentary laundry service
- Exclusive cocktail experience
- Dedicated Sailor Services support
When you book a Sea Terrace, the second guest sails free. The terms include:
- Booking window: September 26th – October 1st

To be eligible for the benefits above, you must complete registration in the Bilt app after making your Virgin Voyages booking. Members need to enter their name, email, and booking reference number in the Bilt app.
Bonus Points
As always, on Rent Day you can earn bonus points. These include:
- 1 point per $1 spent on rent
- 2 points per $1 spent on travel (doubles to 4 points per $1)
- 3 points per $1 spent on dining (doubles to 6 points per $1)
- 1 point per $1 for all other spend (doubles to 2 points per $1)
RentFree™
This month, Bilt is welcoming Paris Hilton, for its game show/contest. Bilt will pay ten people’s rent (up to $2,500) plus 500,000 Hilton Honors points. The next 600 will win point prizes for the most guessed answers and the earliest replies. To enter, answer the question in the Bilt app and submit your answer by October 1st, here.
Bilt Neighborhood Dining Series
One of the newest perks for Bilt Rent Day is a series of all-inclusive dining experiences. Reservations start at $75 or 6,000 Bilt Points per guest. Reservations will open soon in the Bilt app. These are available on September 27th at 11:50 AM EST for Platinum members and 12:00 PM EST for all other members. In the past, I’ve seen great choices including Girl & the Goat in my Chicago neighborhood.
Anthony’s Take: I look forward to the games and bonuses offered on Rent Day each month. Bilt makes paying bills fun and the points earned are valuable given the number of transfer partners that Bilt currently offers. The Hilton Honors status is valuable and there is an easy path to top-tier Diamond here.
