Bilt is back with another Rent Day offer and this month the focus is on granting Accor Live Limitless (ALL) status, as well as opportunities to earn bonus points. It’s nice to see Bilt continuing with a travel-related special again this month.
Each month, Bilt makes the first of the month fun. It offers bonus opportunities, chances to win points playing a trivia game, and even a contest to win free rent (up to $2,500) for what it calls “Rent Day.” Bilt’s next Rent Day occurs today, November 1st. Bilt is a great program with lots of transfer partners and these Rent Day promos make it even sweeter. I am using the Bilt Mastercard® to pay rent on my place in Florida again and love it.
Today, January 1st, Bilt is offering a status match with Accor’s Live Limitless (ALL) loyalty program. Status levels offered are based on your elite status with Bilt Rewards. Here is the breakdown of what can be earned:
- Bilt Blue members: complimentary ALL Silver
- Bilt Silver members: complimentary ALL Silver status or ALL Gold when redeeming 5,000 Bilt Rewards points
- Bilt Gold members: complimentary ALL Silver or ALL Gold when redeeming 2,000 Bilt Rewards points
- Bilt Platinum: complimentary ALL Silver, ALL Gold for 2,000 points, or ALL Platinum for 5,000 points
If you’re not familiar with Accor, some of the brands in its portfolio include Sofitel, Delano, the Hoxton, Faena, ibis, Raffles, SLS, Fairmont, and more. Even if you don’t have plans to stay in any of these hotels today, it might be worth snagging status in case you do find yourself in one.
Once a request is made, Bilt members will receive an emailed link to complete the status match. Silver or Gold status should be reflected within 24 to 48 hours. Platinum status will take up to 15 business days to be reflected. Status is valid through December 31, 2025. A shortcut to retain status is offered for 2026 with ALL Silver requiring just three qualifying nights and ALL Gold needing just eight qualifying nights to keep the status. If you opt for ALL Platinum status and don’t meet the criteria to requalify, you’ll be dropped just one level to ALL Gold.
Bonus Points
As always, on Rent Day you can earn bonus points. These include:
- 1 point per $1 spent on rent
- 2 points per $1 spent on travel (doubles to 4 points per $1)
- 3 points per $1 spent on dining (doubles to 6 points per $1)
- 1 point per $1 for all other spend (doubles to 2 points per $1)
RentFree™
This month, Bilt is welcoming Alex Rodriguez, for its game show/contest. Bilt will pay ten people’s rent (up to $2,500). The next 600 will win point prizes for the most guessed answers and the earliest replies. To enter, answer the question in the Bilt app and submit your answer by today, January 1st.
Anthony’s Take: I look forward to the games and bonuses offered on Rent Day each month. Bilt makes paying bills fun and the points earned are valuable given the number of transfer partners that Bilt currently offers.
